Description

NT CAT PT1003 is a kind of yellowish transparent liquid, low odor reaction type composite catalyst. This product is usually better used with NT CAT NJ1082.

 

Applications/Product Application

NT CAT PT-1003 is mainly used for rigid foam products with low odor and low fog requirements, such as polyurethane insulation board and spray coating. The recommended dosage is 1.5~5%.

 

Storage and transportation:

Should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse

Shelf Life/shelf life: 12 months.

Polyether (including polyester and crosslinking agent) 100 parts

Silicone oil 2.5 parts

Triethanolamine 85% 3~5 servings

NT CAT PT1005 2.6 (2.8 in winter)

T120 0.2 (0.25 in winter)

Physical blowing agent 13 parts

Storage Information

Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. Prevent direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed. It should be stored separately from oxidants and edible chemicals, and avoid mixed storage. Equipped with the appropriate variety and quantity of fire equipment. The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable containment materials.
