amine catalyst SMP

Overview:

Name: Polyurethane Catalyst SMP

Alias: polyurethane catalyst SMP, catalyst SMP, amine catalyst SMP, delayed catalyst SMP, hard foam catalyst SMP, sponge catalyst SMP, sponge foaming catalyst SMP, low density sponge catalyst SMP

The catalyst SMP is a low-density sponge or a special delay catalyst for molding, which can increase the foam hardness, and is particularly suitable for sponges with a density in the range of 6-25kg/kg, while increasing the foam hardness by 5-10%;

Because SMP can increase the hardness of the sponge, if you want to maintain the same hardness, you can reduce the isocyanate index by about 2 to 3 points, which is very cost-effective from an economic perspective;

Whether it is in the MC formula or in the formula with fillers (CaCO3 and melamine), SMP can improve the processability of the foam and reduce cracking;

use:

SMP is widely used in flexible slabstock foam and heat-curing molding. The recommended dosage is 0.15-0.2 pphp.

Storage and transportation:

Should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse

package:

180KG/drum Storage: It is recommended to store in a dry and cool area with proper ventilation. After the original packaging, please fasten the packaging cover as soon as possible to prevent the water and other substances from mixing into the product and affecting its performance. Do not breathe dust, avoid skin and mucous membrane contact. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothing separately and wash it before reuse. Maintain good hygiene habits.
